So in just under a week of being made redundant, I have had to suffer these forms.
I hate them but according to the guidelines I have ticked each appropriate box based upon what I feel I am.
I was questioned on ticking - no ethnic group listed, I pointed out that's how I feel as no one represents me, so my tick was right.
So does this tick box culture create division?
