Is the Tokio Hotel DVD Caught on Camera going to be released in the U.S.?

If so, when? Also, if you pre-order it off of Amazon.de, will it have English subtitles? If it's coming out in the U.S. remotely soon then I guess I can wait, but if not then I want the one from Amazon.de (if there are English subs)!
