Is the suzuki RM250 a good bike for a beginner?

I have no experience in dirt bikes, and I don't now, should I buy this one? or any suggestions for my first dirt bike? I'm 14 and I'm a girl, about 5"0 and 97 lbs.

No way!

You are too small and short for it for starters and it being a 2 stroke is really not the bike I would put my 14 year old daughter on if she had no experience. That is not if I wanted her in one piece.
If it is a mx bike you are after look at the crf150r as that is a 4 stroke and a powerful bike but still easier to learn on
