Is the Subrosa Salvador street bike for a 13 year old?

I am going on 13 next month and my parents are going to let me choose a bike that i liked.
So i was searching for a light and fast bike and found this really cool bike named the Subrosa Salvador street bike and i REALLY like it.

Am i old enough to ride it???
