or is it too easy.. cuz whenever we finish a book for literacy, we have to write something about it, and the teacher says that if we read a book that's too easy, she won't accept our paper on it.

Thats ecxactly what we had to do before the christmas holiday!!!!!!!!!
I chose series of unfortunate events because my friend reccomended it and i got an R!!!!!!!!! (incase you use a different grading sysytem, that means an F)

My teacher said that I was trying to take the easy way out by choosing a childrens book. I highly suggets that you dont choose it. Dont waste your time.

Now Im here, on Christa,ms writing a report becuase i had to start all over and choose a new book (The Book Theif by Mark Zusak)

i read those books in 3rd grade. i thought they were stupid.

so yeah. . .probably too easy for you. but maybe thats just what you need to read if you have to write about it. its always easier to do the books breakdown if its simpler.

i say you should read "gregor the overlander". there are 5 books in the series and they were for serious just AMAZING. but maybe thats just my taste (thought i thought they were stupid until i got to the 3rd book).
but if you have to read the paper to the class, then it'll be more interesting for THEM, so just. . .do it to it. :)

good luck!

PS: maybe you should read "a great and terrible beauty" by libba bray. the first few chapters are a little boring, but then the action starts and you can't put it down! i think that teenage girls like it a lot better than they like gregor the overlander. :) so yeah. . . i think that the gemma doyle chronicles are really what you're looking for.

It depends, some schools will accept them but some will have it more as 3 or 4 grade. Just ask your teacher before you start reading it. (my school wouldn't have let me, but my cousin's would have, it also depends on the teacher)
