Is the Samsung Reality supposed to be this crappy or am I just unlucky?

I've had a Samsung Reality for the past 5 months and around the 3rd month I realized it was pretty crappy in the way that it took a while to turn on (45 seconds), a lot of mobile pages don't load, text messages will say sent but when you check again you'll see they weren't really sent, pictures supposedly have zoom but don't, it'll randomly restart itself after sending texts every now and then, and the most annoying thing to me: The f*cking headphone plug in gets f*cked up easily, like today I plugged in my headphones and I could only hear out of one side and I had to mess around with the jack, pushing it a bit further back and to the side, and it stayed there so I figured it was my headphones but then just now I plugged the jack from my Techno Hoodie into it and I realized I had the same problem, and that it was actually my phone, but this time I couldn't push it back, this time when I pushed it back it would just move word and the sound would f*ck up again, so if I were to get an express exchange would I be stuck with this same crap or would it be a decent phone that doesn't f*** up so much and I was just unlucky? Someone please tell me before tomorrow if it's worth getting an express exchange for or if I would be stuck with the same sh*t...
