Is the Samsung Highlight a good non-smart phone for T-Mobile?

I really wanted to get the Motorolla Cliq XT, but the cost of the data plan is WAY too much. So, I decided to go for a great messaging phone. I'm now looking at the Samsung Highlight. It looks pretty good from first impressions, but is it a good non-smart phone for T-Mobile? If not, what do you think is better?
