Is the Samsung A767 propel compatible with High Capacity micro SD cards?

I have a 4gb high capacity micro SD card, and im getting a samsung propel. I wanted to know if the propel can read high capacity cards, because my current phone cannot it only reads regular micro sd cards, while my sisters can read high capacity.
