is the rejuvenate car wash and wax cleaner a good product?

i have seen this product advertised on tv and was really interested in it, can anyone tell me if it is worth buying? also the head lamp cleaner that comes with the rejuvenate, does that really work cause my headlights loook really dingy and i wanna get them better without having to buy new ones.
