childhood environment? My parents are from Africa and therefore, have different parenting techniques and thoughts (I guess?) from people these days. And my parents are just so awkward when talking to their co-workers or people. I don't know if it's just me who notices.
I also can't relate to teenagers. I don't think there is a need for cell phones, dating in middle school/elementary school/lower high school is stupid, etc. What could have affected my thinking?
