I hope you are adopting your pug/ beagle mix.
Neither a pug nor a beagle has any real extensive grooming needs. Just the average brushing (both breeds shed a lot), nail clippings, ear cleanings, teeth brushing, and occasional bathing. All of these things can be done easily at home for very little cost. There is no need to bring your dog to a groomer.
I tend to prefer using locally owned services. I have heard mix reviews on the service at Pestmart.
