When I purchased my phone (Nokia E71x), I was sold a $10 media net plan. I was told by three different people at At&T that if I did not want to use the full capabilities of the phone that I could use this media net. I used the media net and got my email for 2months. After a tech difficulty the rep said that I HAD to purchase the PDA plan which cost $30. After griping for almost and hour about how I was mislead I submitted the credit he gave me for the issue and went with the PDA plan. Now, I get on the phone and it is the same crappy Media Net. I believe I am suppose to get a more "spectacular" view and use of the internet. I even connect through the media net verses another platform which another rep mentioned that I would if I had the PDA plan. Can someone please clarify this for me? Thanks!
Is the PDA internet plan the same as media net on AT&T?
