Is the outdoor ice skating rink still in Williams, AZ?

I read some articles online but I cna't find snything recent...

Wondering when it starts - we'll be there mid-Nov for Polar Express
Do you have to have your own ice skates

By what I've read on the Williams Chamber webite, the rink will once again open in November as a part of the "Mountain Village Holiday" and "Magic of Christmas in Williams".
