Is the Oregon permit test very similar to the practice tests offered online?

I am getting ready to take my "knowledge c test" and I have taken the practice tests online offered by the DMV but, I want to know if I do well on these tests will I pretty much be guarenteed to do well on the actual test?HELP PLEASE:)
