...decided to no longer vecome an employe? what is the noun and is the noun abstract or concrerte in the sentence " In 1985, Philip Tan decided he no longer wanted to become an employee.
 
Philip Tan- concrete (person you can touch and/or is real)
employee- concrete (same idea)

Just think of it this way. If it is concrete the thing can be touched and/or cannot be changed instantly. If it is abstract, then the thing cannot be touched and is an idea, emotion, or concept that can be changed easily like a dream.
 
The noun is "employee" and it is a concrete noun.
