I recently upgraded from the E71 to the E73. When I attempted to update my OVI devise profile, the E73 is not listed among the Nokia devices? I have emailed Nokia support three times and each time I’ve received the Auto Acknowledgment Mail which states Nokia will “respond to inquires within 24-48 hours”, it has been two weeks and I have yet to receive a response. I also phoned Nokia USA helpline and spoke to a live person who told me the web page has not been updated? This is odd since all of Nokia’s recent devices are listed.
