is the motorola cliq worth getting?

i know the motorola cliq 2 came out recently but that's just too much money.
i had a G1 but it broke and i heard that the motorola cliq is better than the G1.
please give me your honest opinion about the motorola cliq or whatever android phone (tmobile)
you think is worth getting
