I posted this in the Ireland section.
Where is best place and method to buy clothes in Ireland (metaphorically or non metaphorically speaking)?
Details:
Clothes Shopping
You go down searching windows by and by,
So much crap to look at till something catches your eye.
You can’t afford to buy it,
You already have a garment of good use back at the house,
But you give in to temptation,
Your old reliable shall not be happy, when they find out at home,
Or they never find out at all.
Then there are those that have money but they are as choosy as Hell,
Going to the shops,
Yet they don’t like what they sell,
Some garments look fantabulous till you try them on,
They end up being badly made and do not compliment what you are as a person.
Some just wear old clothes,
Like old friends,
They work out a lot better and much less money spent.
And some of the crappiest garments of all,
Are the best ones on?
But we judge by the window,
By the hanger,
By the rail,
Shopping is such a pain,
But since the Recession-
The clothes are very cheap,
Frustrated to be worn,
They sell easy for a fiver a piece.
But are they really worth it?
When they are as easy as Hell,
Shopping I hate,
I am sure you tell.
I end up going for a walk instead,
Oh just as well.

Two people answered and said they did not know what I was on about.
I had to explain what the metaphor meant.
Is it really that hard to understand?
The clothes stand for people btw.
Women looking for a man.
Man looking for a woman.
And so fort
Cheers for answers.
