Must be me because I'm struggling to get my brainbox round this one. Either someone's eligible for parole or their not, this condition that's been attached in this case is a little weird. comments on question.
@ bit of honey, ah clariforcation. yes but even so from an outsiders point of view reading the story it does seem a little off. Hmm one can see the special circumstances but if thats the case why not let them out earlier without the priviso, seems a bit yuccky.
