Is the learners permit test difficult?

i didnt pass the first time. know the stupid street signs. i failed that. and i didnt study at all. i passed the second time tho!

I'm taking it on Monday and if I don't pass, my parents won't let me re-take it for a month. What is the most important thing to know to pass? Did you pass the first time? I flipped through the book a little bit but I've never driven before.

I passed first time, I don't know how it works where ever you live, but here in NZ it's a list of like 30 questions about the road rules and you just scratch the correct answer and you get either a tick or a cross
It's easy, have you got those road rule books or whatever you want to call them? study them hard and get your parents or someone to quiz you on the questions till you get most of them stuck in your head and you'll fly through it.
Edit: something that catchs some people out is they ask the same question more than once but they word it differently, so read all of it carefully because they try to trick you, but it's all common sense
