...what's it called?
I think the Bellagio was used for some of the internal casino scenes, but the exterior (the building with the helipad) definitely isn't the Bellagio.
 
The Bank's Hotel and Casino does not exist. That is more than likely the location of the Alladin/Planet Hollywood Casino. I know it was next to the Paris and across the street from the Bellagio.
