Is the Kenwood KDC-135 (50w x 4) deck compatible with Pioneer TS-a6872r speakers?

I have a Kenwood KDC-135 (50w x 4) deck in my Mustang and I installed Pioneer TS-a6872r speakers but they sound really really bad and can't get loud without a lot of static (it sounds like they're blown out but they're not). So do you think it's because the deck isn't compatible with them or could it be something else? They are installed right so is it the deck, the wiring, or what else could it be?
