I have heard applications are free to download, but other than that I know very little about it. I've asked in an Orange store, but I wasn't sure if they were just trying to sell it or whatever - but it still sounded great then. The camera seems good and on comparison websites it rates highly. Apart from that I have no experience with any of the modern smart phones or whatever so I'd really like to hear any opinions of the HTC Hero, or indeed any better phones which are similar in functions, performance, etc.
