yea it costs $199 with an upgrade or adding as another line and $449 just the phone itself. i heard good things about it but definately checkout youtube videos like type htc hd2 review and many people revies and they tell you whats good and they always compare it to other phone to ive u an idea. now about which is better thats totally opionion. im not going to list them because theres too many. but personally i like android devices and htc hd2 has windows mobile which doent please alot of people. hope that helps.
