Is the HTC ARIA a good phone?

Looking to purchase an HTC ARIA...if you have had it, is it a good phone?
Pro's and con's of it?
Also, does AT&T charge extra since it is an android (since they charge extra for the iPhone...I have unlimited data anyways)

Good phone or not?
