NO, it is not even close. These people put themselves in these positions. They are not held captive and forced to work these jobs. It is all on their own choice, just as they chose to break the laws to come here. It is illegal to hire them and they know it. They deserve the harsh punishments of our laws being enforced for the crimes they are committing.

My ancestors were caught and used as slaves along with the blacks. They had no choice!

Slavery is forced labor, against the will of the slaves. It's also unpaid and slaves have no rights.

Illegal aliens choose to come here and work in those conditions, so it's not slavery.
