Is the Green Terror and Rivalatus Gold Saum the same fish?

Ive been reading profiles on the Rivulatus and i am under the impression that they are the same fish but I'm not sure
 
Green Terror and Green Rivulatus (aka Gold Saum) as the same fish native to Ecuador and Peru.
