I am visiting my parents in Tring, and they are very close to the Grand Union Canal. I would like to have a couple of hours fishing there first thing in the morning. I know that most canals are not subject to the fishing close season, but there are one or two which close. Is this section of the Grand Union closed for fishing? I cannot find any fishing bylaws about this particular stretch.
