Is the government/media starting to rename the "bailout" money as "tarp" money any less

The Troubled Assets Relief Program (TARP) is but one of the bailout programs.

BO has spent/committed about $14Trillion so far in various programs: TARP I & II, TALF, automakers, auto suppliers, banks, AIG, and more. That amounts to more than a year's-worth of total GDP, and has done nothing to salvage jobs or prevent economic meltdown. It has, however, been the quid pro quo for all the campaign contribs he received, and has lined the pockets of his cronies. Did you expect anything else from a race hustler who has never produced anything in his entire life, but rather lives off what he can squeeze from others?

The government has always referred to it as Troubled Asset Relief Program (TARP). The media substituted the word "bailout".

No they are not.

It's been called TARP since day one.

Troubled Assets Relief Program

It is what Paulson authored and was past in October 2008 I believe.

Part of the Economic Stablization Act of 2008.
