Is the frog bog habitat from Insect Lore large enough?

I recently purchased a frog bog kit for my kindergarten classroom. We've received our two bullfrog tadpoles. They're much larger than I anticipated. Has anyone used this kit before? Is the habitat big enough, or did you have to get a larger tank for the tadpoles?
 
In my opinion it's ok for the tadpoles but the frogs they turn into no way. American bullfrogs get big and may require a well filtered twenty gallon long for one or two which can be exspensive to buy so it's better off to just start with a big tank and not get the frog bog to begin with.
