Is the flying car of the future spell dangers of safety?

The first flying car was made in the last 20 years or so and it actually work. However, it didn't get enough votes to make production. Now, people dream of the car of the future. However here the problems:

1. People can easily hop to country to country easily without planes. That would hurt the airline business.

2. Criminals can easily escape on flying cars and cops can't really do nothing. They can't get out and arrest the criminals without falling to death.

3. Terrorists can easily crash into important building and cause hundred of deaths.

Also there other flaws into it. Does it means flying cars we mark dangers in the future?

I think so, and not to mention drinking and driving...might destroy the alcohol business.

Flying cars would also be way harder to control through speed and other sorts of regulations.
If we do get flying cars and they are cheap enough for the average consumer it would be alot harder to regulate.

Personally I don't think flying cars would be fun to drive and I probably would fall asleep in them
