I was researching FFVII on Wikipedia and it said that the field was 2D, but the instruction booklet said it was 3D. This confuses me a little, so I am wondering whether Wikipedia or the booklet was right. By the way according to field environments, I am speaking about the places you walk through where you can talk to people and buy items.
Is the field environments in Final Fantasy 7 2D or 3D?
