is the fact that i eat 2 apples a day bad?

i'm on a diet (i'm 5'11 and 210, trying to lose 80 lbs)

i eat:
1 cup of cherrios with whole milk
2 apples for lunch
brocolli and grilled chicken for dinner
maybe grapes for dessert


is my big intake of fruit whats keeping me from losingg weight.?
 
no i don't think so. I just recently lost 40 pounds and I ate quite a bit of fruit myself. You might wanna try using skim milk though. Oh and as for breakfast you can eat different types of cereal, try special k, Honey bunches of oats, chexs, life and other stuff like. For dinner you could also try a baked Potato with light cottage cheese and some veggies. Cottage cheese has a lot less fat than sour cream. Oh also try eating english muffins that have a lot of fiber. Eating fiber while on a diet is amazingly good. Get 90 calorie granola bars and 100 calorie yogurt 2!! hope i helped and i hope you loose the weight you want to. I know it is hard but trust me it's worth it when you loose it. I lost 40 by doing all of this and I probably sould have lost more if i wanted to!
