religious gay storyline? Sian and Sophie are told being gay is wrong because they are Christians.
This is exacctly the same as Syed in eastenders being torn between his faith and sexuality.
I know all soaps do gay storylines but to bring the religious side in is so similar in the 2 stories. Though at least Sophies parents have not disowned her like Syeds did.
It just shows religion to be outdated
