Is the cagllari pocket bike a good, fast pocket bike?

If I were you, I would save up around $500, and get a X18. Those will actually go pretty fast with a big guy on it (probly to only bike thatl take you atleast 35+mph)

I have always been wanting a pocket bike and I want a good, fast (like over 35 mph, without any mods) one. If the cagllari isn't that good, could you tell me about a good one. Thanx

P.S. It needs to be kind of cheap, like under $300 or under
