Is the BlackBerry owners lounge safe to sign up for?

Is the BlackBerry owners lounge safe to sign up for? I am worried that something bad could happen if I put my MEID in my account (its required). Is it safe? The question is "Enter your BlackBerry smartphone's IMEI or ESN number
Only include numbers*", but I dont have either one. I have a MEID (Dec) which is the one with only numbers and spaces. What could happen if I do get hacked or something (is it even possible without having to give someone your information)? Will I be charged for absolutly anything by using the owners lounge? Thanks.
 
I signed up for the Owners Lounge months ago and have not had any requests for those numbers or any trouble with getting hacked or being charged for anything.
