Is the australian rainbow fish a good centerpiece for my 55g?

In the tank there will be:
10 Serpae Tetras
15 Rummy Nose Tetras
10 Neon Tetras
1 Bristle nose Pleco
3 Cories

I was planning on keeping an angelfish as the centerpiece but Lanab correctly told me that they would eat the Tetras, i was told several times they would fair well with tetras but i was told wrongly.

The pH will be suited towards all of the fish.

The temperature will be controlled by a 55g marineland stealth heater.

A filter suited for the tank wil be used.

They will be fed tetra tropical flakes and blood worms and all that

the tank will be 55gwith plenty of plants and hiding places.

Will the australian rainbowfish fair well with the tetras and everything?
 
Seeing as this is how the fish per gallon will add up-

10 serpae- 15 gallons

15 rummys- 30 gallons

10 neons- 10 gallons

bristlenose- 5 gallons

3 corys- 5 gallons

that adds up to about 65 gallons. I would possibly take out one of those groups if you want to add rainbows since they get about 4 inches.
