complex? Is the apartment complex liable for flood damage done to my car when parked at the complex?
The complex manager is saying no, but I think it should be their responsibility to protect their tenants vehicles when parked there. I just don't know and can't find any laws to support this. Does anybody know?
The drainage system on the cities street clogged and forced all the water through our complex... so they say it is the city we should be harassing, not them.
Ok, they aren't liable, but should my Renters Insurance cover it?
I don't have full coverage auto insurance, so auto insurance won't cover it.
