Is the Allegro by Fiocco for violin on the UIL site the same as the one in Suzuki 6?

my violin teacher said that Allegro by Fiocco in suzuki 6 an accepted piece to play in UIL, but when i went online, it said the piece was arranged by Perlman, and no where in Suzuki 6 did it say it was arranged by Perlman. the problem is, the list of accepted pieces is from 2007-whenever, and she has done this many times. is my teacher wrong?
