The '07's had fifth gear noise issues which were solved ... the 08's fixed that... FYI to all those that think the 96's DON'T run hot- you are wrong... fact- HD mapped lean to pass EPA- fact- Oil temps are running in excess of 255 degrees (means the alum is NOT dissapating the heat)... our tests show internals in excess of the 330 degrees that the 88's run.... The new XWedge from S&S runs internals of 290 degrees with no oil cooler... that's an engine that dissapates heat. Does'nt mean the HD's are bad... I run an '07 screaming eagle 110 BUT I have two oil coolers on it. Just get your fact's straight guys.
