Is the 2005 Honda Accord EX Coupe a good first car for a teenager?

I'm turning 17 in 2 weeks and i'm getting my first car for my birthday! I'm looking for something in the 6k-7,500k price range. And I think that the Honda Accord would be a good and reliable choice. What do you think? Any suggestions?
