Is the 1990 and the 1988 Honda Accord compatible in terms of parts.?

I own a 1988 5 speed accord that I love and have taken good care of, but there are somethings that need replacing. the rack and pinion is shot as is the muffler and windshield, stuff like that. Are these two cars interchangeable like radiator or tires etc. they are both 4 door accords adn I want to buy the 1990 for parts. any advice?

every car has parts numbers on them i would run the numbers and see if they match up. the tires would matter on the rim size and what type of tire you (name brands dont matter) have once agian just match the numbers.
