is the 09 250 ninja a good bike?

im a new rider some people say its really good some people say it gives them a lot of problems with the engine and the bike wont start ect. i wanna bike that's reliable thank you
 
I think the 250 Ninja is a good bike but if you are concerned about reliability, also look at the ES (Ninja) 500 (if they still make them). They are not as high tech as the 250 but they are bulletproof.
