I bought some queso from Walgreens tonight. Taco Bell brand, for like $3. I brought it home and put it in the fridge. I open it up later, and it's solid, like the consistency of gak for anyone who remembers that stuff. A jiggly, nasty substance. I dug into it with a spoon and tried to microwave it, but it didn't really work and I'm grossed out. I refuse to eat it. Is that just how Taco Bell queso comes? Or is there something seriously wrong with my queso? The expiration or "Best if Used By" is March 2011 just so you know.
Is taco bell queso in a jar supposed to be solid?
