Is T-Mobile to T-Mobile free if they have different plans?!?!?!?

Me and my BFF have t-mobile but my dad says it's not free when we call each other.
 
calling each other if you have the same carrier is always free no matter what kind of plan you both have. Not only does t-mobile do this but so does AT&T, SPRINT, and even Verizon.
 
de_... is correct - just wanted to make sure your fears were put to rest, but one bit of caution:

*Texting* on the other hand is *NOT* necessarily free between users of the same network, but voice calls are. (In the US - if one of you has T-Mobile in the UK/Europe and the other is in the US, I won't place any bets - I'm almost certain it's only between US customers..) Also, I don't know how things work with T-Mobile in Europe, even if you both have T-Mo - both De.. and I are only talking T-Mo USA here...
 
It depends on your plan because some of the cheaper plans don't have this feature but most of them do so I'm pretty sure you do. Just go to the store with your dad or have him call customer service and see if it's included because it usually is. If not just call each other on nights and weekends when it's free...
