They say on valvoline website that this oil is recommended because the car is a performance car and the driving temps go obove 90 F in summer and below 20F in the winter. But in manual and everywhere else the say to use conventional oil 5W-20. I have read about that oil and they say that oil will ruin your engine and at about 30k miles you have to go to have the motor replaced. I dont want to do that. Mine has 40k and it is 2005 .
