my friend just got financial aid for study about $2000 per semester i am also thinking to apply for it because i am low income person i was wondering is that effect on you credit for future because i have plan to start my business in future and for that i need lone can any body help me because my friend got check and after that he got letter from IRS about changing account fees and now he oo $100 dollar to IRS can any body help me in this ?
