I was reading about the Biggest loser weight loss show and found out that, that is what the contestants are doing in order to lose weight. I wanted to go on the biggest loser diet as welll EXCEPT I will be doing 20-30mins of cardio 6x a day. I am not as heavy as the contestants just trying to lose weight at a less drastic pace than they are.
I am 19, 5ft 6in and weight probably 190lbs.
I will only be eating 1,300 calories a day.
Don't you have to work your way up to exercising like that? He is so fit he can do that now.
