Is store bought Salmon Sashimi as Good as Restaurant sashimi?

Depends on where you bought it. Restaurant usually buy very high quality fish and you pay a pretty penny to do so. Overall, I'd say it'll be pretty darn good at a supermarket.

Try to buy it at a fish market but dont be shocked if you pay 17+ a pound for it.
 
It should taste the same as long as it's fresh. But don't buy more than what you can eat in a day. I probably won't taste the same the day after.
 
usually no; depends on the restaurant. High quality restaurants usually get their sushi and serve it the next day.
