Okay I know this is a weird question but hear me out. I've been scared to death to even leave my house because of so much violence I've been hearing lately on the news. People getting shot for no reason out of nowhere. Today, I went to go drop off my dad at the airport and later on I came home, turned on the television, and saw that an innocent victim was shot outside of the airport as he was getting his parking ticket. It happened when I was at the airport! I was inside but still. THis has made me very paranoid to even want to leave my house because of so many crazy people there are on this earth. I'm not saying everyone is crazy but the ones that would just go around and kill people like that and by just staying at home, that will make me safe from anything. How can I cope? I have never experienced something like this until now.
Is staying at home the whole time and not having a life actually a good thing?
